Return Policy:

 SUPPLIER will provide a 30 day return policy during which a buyer may return any SUPPLIER product. The product must be free from defect and in its original packaging.  SUPPLIER will not accept back anything due to misuse, activated, or anything of fault on the customers end.  If there is a problem with the order due to SUPPLIER error, - wrong item sent, manufacturers defect, damaged item, item shipped too late, missing or broken parts, SUPPLIER will refund or replace the order completely, including shipping cost, both to and back, as long as claims are placed within the agreed upon 30 days of the product being received.  If the customer wishes to return the item for any reason other than SUPPLIER error, SUPPLIER will still accept the return if within the allotted days but will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs. Should the order ship and customer cancels the order while in transit, customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee for the order upon return of the item.

 Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) to return any merchandise. Please email us at returns@preparenow.tv with a description of the item, the date purchased, and a short description of the problem. We will email back the RMA # and the return address you must use. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem with the item along with your return address. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
