Disclaimer: Full Return and Refund Policies may be found in each individual product description. Please read the Return and Refund Policy of each individual product in its entirety before making your purchase.
All items purchased through Prepare Now TV are drop-shipped by different manufacturers each with varying returns policies. Each manufacturer’s return policy is listed at the bottom of the long description of the product item in the Prepare Now TV website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your return package needs to have a copy of the receipt with the item or proof of purchase. Purchases and returns are eligible within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Returns are not available outside this territory. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) to return any merchandise. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the item, the date purchased, and a short description of the problem. We will email back the RMA # you must use. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem with the item along with your return address. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #’S ON THE OUTSIDE BOX LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
Once a return is received the manufacturer will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the customer’s request. Returns for defective items will be sent back to you at no charge.
If product is NOT defective, the returns policy of the individual manufacturer, including return shipping and restocking fees, will apply.Refunds may be subject a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original charge of the order.
If you believe that PREPARE NOW TV has charged you in error, you must contact us within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 30 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
Digital Products and E-book Refunds
Downloads of digital products and E-books are delivered as downloads, they are not a tangible product and not returnable, except orders that were placed in the wrong digital format for your devices.
If the file received by you is defective, you will receive a replacement file, or store credit for any other store purchase within a year. Electronic product purchases are final once the materials are received by you. Refunds are not available for digital products once they have been downloaded/received. Please note the products are easily identified that it is in electronic format.
Printed Book Refunds and Returns
If you purchase a print copy of one of our books through Amazon, all refunds, returns and exchanges are be handled by Amazon. Amazons returns policy may be accessed at the following link: Amazon Returns & Refunds
– Books must be in new condition.
– Books must be returned with all original shrink wrap packaging intact.
– Media items such as audio books must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
Damages made during shipping should be reported to the shipper directly to make a claim.
These items cannot be returned: Food products and water products. No refunds are available for these products except where noted in the product information of our warehouse, if any.
Any orders shipped before cancellation that are purchased with a credit or debit card will incur a 3.5% fee to be deducted from the refund.
