ORDERS
All items purchased through PREPARE NOW TV are drop-shipped by different manufacturers each with varying returns policies. Each manufacturer’s return policy is listed at the bottom of the long description of the item in the Prepare Now TV website. Prepare Now TV reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders at our sole discretion. Orders may have a lead time of up to 3 months to manufacture.
PRICING
PREPARE NOW TV reserves the right to change any products prices at any time.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from PREPARE NOW TV are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon shipment from the manufacturer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
PREPARE NOW TV and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PREPARE NOW TV does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PREPARE NOW TV itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
