We accept returns back as long as they are unused shipped back within 30 days of the order shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your return package needs to have a copy of the receipt with the item or proof of purchase. Purchases and returns are eligible within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Returns are not available outside this territory. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Items that have been opened or wetted are not eligible for returns.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) to return any merchandise. Please email us at email@example.com with a description of the item, the date purchased, and a short description of the problem. We will email back the RMA # and the return address you must use. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem with the item along with your return address. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
Once a return is received the manufacturer will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the customer’s request. Returns for defective items will be sent back to you at no charge.
While we try our best to keep everything in stock at all times, you can imagine our products are hot during storms. Our lead time may be extended during heavy storms, but we typically ship out within 2 business days from RI. We will notify you of any back orders. With regards to pricing, if there is a change we communicate with our partners in advance. In the event that there is a strong storm where UPS or applicable carrier is unable to deliver the goods, we are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred by the customer.
