HomeBiogas 2.0 can be fed approximately 6 liters of food waste / 36 liters of animal manure. It takes all types of waste- meat, dairy, vegetables, oils etc. Every kilo of food waste recycled with HomeBiogas 2.0 produces about 200 liters of biogas, the amount needed for approximately one hour of cooking.

It operates optimally in warm climates with a day/night average of 20°C. There are several actions that can be taken for colder regions.

Biogas produced by HomeBiogas 2.0 is much safer than using a LPG or propane gas tank or cooking over an open fire.

Your HomeBiogas will be shipped within 10 days of purchase.

RETURNS:

Manufacturer will provide a 30 day return policy during which a buyer may return product. The product must be free from defect and contain its original packaging unused, free from dirt, dust or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, credit, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for return, and if you prefer refund, exchange, or credit. Manufacturer will not accept back anything due to misuse, activated, or anything of fault on the customers end.  If there is a problem with the order due to Manufacturer error -wrong item sent, manufacturers defect, damaged item, item shipped too late, missing or broken parts, Manufacturer will refund or replace the order completely, including shipping cost, both to and back, as long as claims are placed within the agreed upon 30 days of the product being received.  If the customer wishes to return the item for any reason other than Manufacturer error, Manufacturer will still accept the return if within the allotted days but will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) to return any merchandise. Please email us at returns@preparenow.tv with a description of the item, the date purchased, and a short description of the problem. We will email back the RMA # and the return address you must use. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem with the item along with your return address. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
