 Returns accepted within 10 days of the order shipping. The product must be free from defect and in its original packaging.  MANUFACTURER will not accept back anything due to misuse, activated, or any damage incurred on the customers end.  If there is a problem with the order due to MANUFACTURER error such as wrong item sent, manufacturers defect, damaged item, item shipped too late, missing or broken parts, MANUFACTURER will refund or replace the order completely, including shipping cost, both to and back, as long as claims are placed within the agreed upon 10 days of the product being received.  If customer wishes to return the item for any reason other than MANUFACTURER error, MANUFACTURER will still accept the return if within the allotted days but will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) to return any merchandise. Please email us at returns@preparenow.tv with a description of the item, the date purchased, and a short description of the problem. We will email back the RMA # and the return address you must use. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem with the item along with your return address. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
